Wednesday through Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday 9:30am – 1:30pm
Closed Sunday and Monday
Cove Audiology cares about the safety of our patients as well as our employees. We are asking our patients to call the office when they arrive and wait in their car until instructed for their scheduled appointment. Patients, and anyone accompanying the patient, must wear a mask when they enter the building.
If you are feeling ill, or exhibiting any signs of COVID-19, we will reschedule your appointment. Upon arrival, we will ask pre-screening questions and perform a temperature check to keep everyone safe and healthy. We are taking precautions by wearing masks and gloves. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the office and exam rooms. Appointments are scheduled to allow enough time to sanitize the office after each patient. Social distancing practices will be enforced as all scheduled appointments are timed so there isn’t any crossover of patients in our office.
- Our office is not accepting walk-in patients. Please call the office to schedule an appointment.
- We are still offering curbside services for hearing aid cleanings, minor in-office repairs, and supply pick-ups by arrangement only. Please call the office when you arrive, and a staff member will come out to your car.
- We are also offering Telehealth Services. These appointments will be HIPAA compliant. You MUST have an email address, and a device with a camera (ex. phone, tablet, computer). Please call the office at (516) 759-0665 to arrange an appointment.
